Several times had to complain about workmen,the noise I get from an empty neighbouring flat.
First advised to 'speak to neighbour' I did state the flat is empty.Second time advised as it is within daytime hours there is nothing they can do! Your own workmen cannot be complained against, regardless of what their behaviour?
I hoped for peace and quiet when discharged from hospital,but as I'm only a tenant you don't count.
