Firstly I discovered I had been paying a higher maintenance charge than my neighbours for 2 years and also no refund on my service charge for 2 years when my neighbours had received a refund. On top of that I complained about our maintenance charge being increased by 26.2% and after waiting over 8 weeks I still have not had the courtesy of a reply. This company is a disgrace.
