This is a message for jade. You are not alone. You need to contact the Housing Ombudsman on03001113000. They will then give you a contact ID ref number and call you back. I am petrified to leave my flat due to the addicts and have been assaulted threatened to the point I cannot leave my flat. TGP come up with excuse after excuse. I am in process of getting 2nd compensation. Cross fingers. But it does not compensate for the utter helI I have endured. Be strong ☺. Hugs and happiness
