Guinness partnership have poor, inefficient and dishonest management. They are basically an absentee landlord who's only concern is collecting rent. If you have a problem expect to be redirected to an utterly disingenuous and partisan complaints process that will label you a vexatious complainant before lying like a cheap watch to absolve themselves of any blame.
Registered as a charity they currently pay their CEO twice as much as the prime minister of the UK. In summary a shameful betrayal of everything social housing could and should be.
