Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as pleasant. The salesperson forgot to mention the most crucial piece of information, and due to planning permission, no resident permits will be issued to residents! Still trying to get my money back. Poor customer service on the phone, when I called to let them know of the issue got past from pillar to post! Caused me a huge amount of distress, over a week and still waiting for a someone to get back to me re. refund. Shocking!
