Hello I've lost all hope to get a response at this point I have made several complaints about our home that we rent and pay for including services charges, I have been waiting for over a year for the roof to be repaired and nobody has got back to me I've tried calling to get the repaired book no luck I spent hours on hold still no luck , I've never known a company that treats there tenants so poorly this has caused me my health my time and money, I have pleaded and nothing, this have left me very unwell with the stress, I called yesterday again no answers my complaints have been unsuccessful, I've had to push back my garden for months because of this now the scaffolding up for 6 weeks I had to push back again and lost my contracts I need this repair to be completed by the 17th may with scaffolding down.
