Trying to sell a part owned property with Guinness. Absolute nightmare. Passed from pillar to post nobody knows what the other one is doing. Very incompetent and rude staff. Waiting an hour for someone to answer the phone is disgusting, it happens every time. Haven't the decency to reply to my solicitors e mails, accusing my estate agent of not sending paperwork when they have. This has been going on since March, my buyers have been very patient waiting to move in but to no avail. The bungalow belonged to my mum who passed away last year, it's been a nightmare. Would give zero stars if I could.
