Avoid online ordering at all costs. I ordered a Christmas gift. Paid for 2 day shipping. The order was cancelled without notice. But not before they took the money from my account. I ended up buying the item on Amazon so my son wouldn't be disappointed on Christmas morning. It's Christmas Eve and I still haven't gotten my refund or heard back from them.
