I had the pleasure of dealing with “Rily” the salesperson, I bought 2 Martin Acoustic guitars one right after the other, one was a classical cutaway (a GPC-16 and then a oooc12-16 nylon cutawa), I had to send the nylon guitar back because a string kept breaking, the replacement worked perfect as was the steel string Guitar, working with Rily and Guitar center made all this easy, Rily is pleasant to talk to, energetic and super helpful. The prices of the Guitar were price reduced and didn’t reflect the 2k apiece per guitar so that was a pleasant surprise, call and ask for Rily S and you won’t regret it, thanks Rily and Guitar Center.
