I would have continued lessons but was treated rudely by the scheduler in Danvers, MA. Even if I wasn't a customer, I can't imagine being condescended to and spoken to in a snarky way, especially just for asking a follow-up question (I asked if he had the chance to find a time for a lesson that he told us previously he'd have to figure out the scheduling for). Unfortunate. Really didn't have to happen.
