Absolutely crud. Can't ring them a d speak to a person. Have to go through chat and the guy Steve Z was refusing to help me. Kept telling me to respond to the email which I did I have he screenshots. Very unprofessional, rude. I can't sign in because I no longer have that phone number. There's no option to be able to change it until I guess you sign in. But as it's sending a verification code to the old phone it's impossible. So Steve Z sends me an email telling me to respond which I did asking me when's the last time I used gumtree. What's the last thing I sold. Who was the person I sold it to. Umm I don't know it was like 5 years ago how the hell would I remember that information. So he was just having a laugh at my expense. What's the point of the customer service help chat if they don't want to help you.
