Customer service - worse than terrible - On my way to sell some stuff on gumtree I stambled across one and the same problem : my adverts were rejected. Whenever I sent my enquiries to gumtree customer service, I received automated response and - at the end - a rude statement that I do not follow gumtree rules and I may close my profile. Admittedly, I bought a few things on gumtree but after all, I won't use it any more
