got scammed, gumtree support is completely useless, customer service non-existent, this is the trouble with these big companies they think they are above the law and everyone else, disgusting behaviour, will not be using them again, beware they are not trustworthy or reliable for buyers, they take no action against fraudsters or scammers, avoid gumtree at all costs, just read their other appalling reviews on the web
