I think they are the scamsters who are scamming the people. If you think about it why is it that these scamsters are never caught and keep doing it when Claire Cobbledick of gumtree has the perpetrator's email address, contact number and possibly ip address??? Also they delete your ads as soon as you post it citing "only allowed one ad" while their friends are posting up to 36 ads and then she is arrogant and refuses to explain!
