I ordered several items and when I received the package I didn't open it. I had decided to return for various reasons so I emailed them from their website several times and they never responded although their website said they would. I emailed them from my email provider and they didn't respond either.
Then I saw on their website the Refund Policy and their Return Policy. It said items could be returned within 30 days beginning on day of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
On March 3, 2023 I received the package and I didn't open it, not even their shipping wrapper. I was sick in bed and was not able to return the package until March 22, 2023. I had a tracking number and it stated that they received the package on March 25, 2023. I was well within the 30 day return time.
Since I didn't hear from them I contacted my credit card provider on April 18, 2023 and they gave me a temporary credit while they investigate this.
So if anyone received something they don't want, and are within 30 days from when item(s) was received, return by USPS like it says in their Return Policy and Refund Policy so you have a tracking number.
I'm sure my problem with SwissGuuds will be resolved. I hope everyone else's will be too. Thanks for reading.
