Sent two orders back in same parcel. Only one order was credited. Obv someone stole the other 2 items. They say claim on post office insurance but parcel DID arrive so I can’t. Had to pay £30 through Klarna for items I haven’t got. Return is PO Box which leaves you without a signed for proof of return.
