They are useless even when sales period that they will be busier and should get better. They not just that but TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE as they don't get back to their customers ! There is no phone number to ring because of the amount of complaints they would get and yet nobody is brave enough to get back to you. I am still waiting for my package after 3 weeks of purchasing and I don't know if I am going to get it at all
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
