During this tough time of COVID gym direct were pretty great. We understand the delays of our product we’re not the direct fault of gym direct. They did communicate with us most steps of the way to notify of where our order was with the delays and If we had any questions our emails were always responded to within 48 hours which is great under these overwhelming circumstances. Once our item was on home soil it was delivered way quicker than expected which was great appreciated .
