“I am happy with the product RMC Glute Machine. Customer Service was good. I found it better to talk to someone direct rather than the online AI generated service. Overall very happy.”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the continued wait and understand your frustration. Just to clarify, your original order was for standard weight plates rather than Olympic plates. Although the original items supplied matched your order, our team was happy to arrange an exchange as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, the Olympic plates are currently out of stock, which we have communicated during our correspondence. Your replacement order has already been arranged and will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives. We appreciate your patience and want to reassure you that we haven't forgotten about your exchange. Our team will continue to keep you updated. #GDTeam

“Got most of my order right. 2 items I prefer were wrong, sent an email to follow up on the incorrect items quoting the order number with the correct items listed. But haven't heard anything back. Not impressed with the response time or urgency to correct their mistake.”

“My go to gym provider. Friendly staff always willing to help and looking after you from purchase to arrival. The follow up to make sure I am happy closes that loop and makes me feel the company truely care about their products. The products I have purchased have always been high quality and the pricing is very fair. Thanks Gym Direct!”

“I bought a fair bit of kit because I’m in a budget. The rubber coated plates have started crumbling where the tri grip is. The sleeving on the 20s have come loose. I’ve only had everything for a month. It does the job, just pretty disappointing. I also saw this cool looking adjustable t bar row attachment. Looks good in theory but it’s so loose & it wobbles around while you’re doing a set. I’ll be willing to spend the extra cash & go somewhere else for everything else I need”
