“Gym mats arrived promptly seem good quality but they don't measure what they say they do, they are 99cm not 100cm normally it may not matter but I built my gym to accommodate mats that measure 100cm, over 10 meters this has put my floor out. I'm not really happy about this.”

“Well worth the money. This stepper is of excellent quality, its sturdy and works really well giving me a genuine hard work out. Control panel clear to see and mechanisms run smoothly. It's not bulky and can be moved without much effort, also the instructions were easy to understand and assemble.”

“You sent the wrong product then didn't reply to any of my contacts efforts to rectify the problem. You have picked up the wrong product sent to me but I'm yet to see the correct product or even receive an expected timeline for fixing the stuff up.”

“These PVC kettlebells are fantastic. Really good. Great for home use (especially if you have wooden floorboards). I received great service when I picked up my order. Staff were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be buying from Gym Direct again.”

“Purchased a 2" inch barbell adapter and 2" inch quick lock clamps. The service was quick and efficient, with constant updates of my order. One of the adapters were missing the nut screw, I emailed sales, within 2 days had a notification they had shipped out an item, which was the replacement nut screw. Quick turn around resolution.”

“Good product and a good price. Many SMS messages about my cart, my order, do I have questions, etc. When I replied with a question, no answers. When my order was 5 days overdue from the delivery date, no answers. Still none. The order has been delivered now, and now multiple messages about doing surveys for GD. Request more replying to customers and less automated spam please folks. Thanks, Mark”

Hi Mark, Thanks so much for sharing your experience. I’m really sorry this happened. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to get so many automated messages without any real help when you needed it most, especially while your order was delayed. You deserved a proper response and support. The issue was that the person assigned to your messages had to take emergency leave, and unfortunately, your inquiries weren’t picked up by someone else in time. I know that’s not acceptable, and I’m sorry you were left feeling ignored. We’re already working on fixing this so any future messages don’t fall through the cracks if someone is away.
