“well when we got are Smith Machine there wear alot of packages we wear scatching are heads but when we opend the boxes we where amaxed how well it all fitted together every thing was marked and all the nuts and bolts it was great in all we put it together in about 6 hours.And i could not beleave how good all the parts wear made i am glad we bought it Thank you”

“The instruments need a gold star review for the quality for the price. Everything looks amazing.the benches have embroidered writing instead of print which makes it look so much better. It has been an effortless and easy order and delivery especially being in Tasmania. Great quality products guys.”

“I drove up to the warehouse / showroom from Goulburn to collect my new functional trainer to save on the shipping costs. I had previously paid a deposit to secure the item, and also enquired as to the dimensions of the boxes (10 items). On picking up the trainer, only nine could be located, I was told that I'll have to wait four weeks till the next shipment comes in from China. I took the nine pieces available, but I haven't unpacked them. Lily said that the missing box will be shipped down to me once it arrives. I don't understand why one box was missing, and I was not offered any kind of discount for the inconvenience.”
