“I drove up to the warehouse / showroom from Goulburn to collect my new functional trainer to save on the shipping costs. I had previously paid a deposit to secure the item, and also enquired as to the dimensions of the boxes (10 items). On picking up the trainer, only nine could be located, I was told that I'll have to wait four weeks till the next shipment comes in from China. I took the nine pieces available, but I haven't unpacked them. Lily said that the missing box will be shipped down to me once it arrives. I don't understand why one box was missing, and I was not offered any kind of discount for the inconvenience.”

“I live on the Central Coast and looking for a Gym & Fitness Equipment Supplier that meets my needs for a home gym. I searched the internet and rang a couple of suppliers. Gym Direct hit the target of my needs and location. Not to say if I lived anywhere else they wouldn't. Received equipment and delivery was exceptional. Price is very competitive. The quality of the equipment is very good.”
