Gym mats arrived promptly seem good quality but they don't measure what they say they do, they are 99cm not 100cm normally it may not matter but I built my gym to accommodate mats that measure 100cm, over 10 meters this has put my floor out. I'm not really happy about this.

Good product and a good price. Many SMS messages about my cart, my order, do I have questions, etc. When I replied with a question, no answers. When my order was 5 days overdue from the delivery date, no answers. Still none. The order has been delivered now, and now multiple messages about doing surveys for GD. Request more replying to customers and less automated spam please folks. Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark, Thanks so much for sharing your experience. I’m really sorry this happened. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to get so many automated messages without any real help when you needed it most, especially while your order was delayed. You deserved a proper response and support. The issue was that the person assigned to your messages had to take emergency leave, and unfortunately, your inquiries weren’t picked up by someone else in time. I know that’s not acceptable, and I’m sorry you were left feeling ignored. We’re already working on fixing this so any future messages don’t fall through the cracks if someone is away. The weights are really great however the freight company utilised another freight service out here who is less than acceptable. Rather than getting my items on the 11th June they waited another 6 days before delivering my items. I would have given 5 stars if you had utilised a reliable freight company who ensures that our items get to us, and who don't use LAKARA FREIGHT SERVICE Goondiwindi who are less than useless.

Ordered my prone row in early January which it said it was in stock and could ship. It only just arrived in late May, the wrong colour (grey instead of black) and no instructions in the kit. I also had to keep chasing them for an eta. The quality of the product is good though

Unfortunately my items were packaged poorly and were scratched up when they arrived. They’re still functional but it is disappointing when you have paid a few hundred dollars for something you plan to keep forever.

2 weeks and we have not received the equipment and has zero updates on the location. It was a a facility an hour away then disappeared without a single update. We also never received an estimated delivery time when it order was originally sent. Apart from the shipping problems my partner has ordered from you before and received his weight plates within the week and they have been AMAZING. 4 years old now and still like new despite being thrown about the home gym

Took ages to arrive , when it finally did arrive the excercise matt was great thickness for back support , but was too narrow compared to my last one.

I have the muscle motion barbell holder and am very happy with it The leg extension not so much Padding on the shin when extending to thin a little bit more spent on design would have gome a long way Also should be adjustable I'm 6 foot which is pretty average and it doesn't align properly Not overly happy to be honest I realise it's for home use but still could and should be better for money spent

The equipment that was available was good, but multiple items were out of stock and pending availability. Which is annoying as if I purchase those via Gymdirect when they get stock, I will have to pay for multiple deliveries.

Truthfully I wasn't that impressed. I had 1 missed call from Gym direct. I called back within 30 minutes and the gentleman I spoke to had no idea why they called. I then received multiple calls the next day to discuss an issue with the product I purchased. It would have been ideal to sort it out during the initial call back. I also need to return a product. The team took several days to respond and just said ship it back for a refund. Although I asked for a product swap. I get it, but overall the customer experience hasn't been what I'd expect.

I purchased plastic collars for my pump bar because the original ones would not fit properly. The service was good and the order was dispatched quickly but the product was on sale for $10 and the postage for a less than1 kg parcel was $17 which is ridiculous. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the same size collar anywhere else and had no choice.

Bit disappointed my order was cancelled due to stock levels. The refund was done immediately though.

I received what I ordered and the price was good but delivery was too slow. It was several days before the items where packed by the warehouse and the warehouse is only 1 hour drive from my house!
