The equipment that was available was good, but multiple items were out of stock and pending availability. Which is annoying as if I purchase those via Gymdirect when they get stock, I will have to pay for multiple deliveries.

Truthfully I wasn't that impressed. I had 1 missed call from Gym direct. I called back within 30 minutes and the gentleman I spoke to had no idea why they called. I then received multiple calls the next day to discuss an issue with the product I purchased. It would have been ideal to sort it out during the initial call back. I also need to return a product. The team took several days to respond and just said ship it back for a refund. Although I asked for a product swap. I get it, but overall the customer experience hasn't been what I'd expect.

I purchased plastic collars for my pump bar because the original ones would not fit properly. The service was good and the order was dispatched quickly but the product was on sale for $10 and the postage for a less than1 kg parcel was $17 which is ridiculous. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the same size collar anywhere else and had no choice.

Bit disappointed my order was cancelled due to stock levels. The refund was done immediately though.

I received what I ordered and the price was good but delivery was too slow. It was several days before the items where packed by the warehouse and the warehouse is only 1 hour drive from my house!

The product is good, sturdy. Service is ok, except pick up procedure. Overengineered and at the end of the day useless, because when you come to pick up the order on agreed date and time, after all this hassle with reserving available spots etc the order is not waiting you there, the storeman still has to go and find it in the warehouse. You still has to go to the office find there someone to help you organize that pick up. So no really any advantage in Covid safety as well.

For some reason, my order got shipped to Melbourne instead of Sydney, then had to be re-routed from Melbourne back to Sydney which resulted in a 2-week delay. Other than that the item itself is ok.

I have only received a part shipment, still awaiting on the second part. As it’s only been partly shipped I can not use the equipment. A little disappointed with this. I have advised gym director of part shipment as well as courier. Still no feed back or update on this

Best deal for superb weights that I could find in Sydney. The price difference might account for a disorganised delivery service that gymdirect seem to have issues with too, but gymdirect helped me get the lost items back. Just add a month or two to the delivery estimated time and it'll be a 5/5 product and price

My 3rd kettlebell from Gym Direct, I gave 5 star reviews for the first two. This one was the 28kg competition kettlebell. Price was great and delivery time was fantastic. nfortunately there was some issues with the quality of the finish on the handle. Took me an hour with sandpaper to fix the various sharp burrs on the handle. I've emailed details to Gym Direct staff and recommended the handles on this type of kettlebell be checked prior to sending any more out to clients.

I bought another set of 5kgs orange pump set plates in the recent sale. They were in pretty bad condition but I suppose the price was good for what they were

Product arrived in decayed cardboard boxes that looked old and water damaged, and several items had fallen out of the boxes so are now lost. Attempted to get in touch to resolve missing parts of the order via email and phone. Gym Direct only responded once I posted this review, and replaced the missing parts.

There was limited communication on my order. The initial email confirming my order stated that another email would be sent informing my of my delivery. I never received any further correspondence and my equipment didn't arrived for at least 8 to 10 days later? The items were as expected but were packaged with very minimal protection.
