Great soccer ball but took way too long just to get it delivered.

Still haven't received my order. Ive called about my order twice and each time I was told it would be here within a week. The last call was 2 weeks ago. If you know it will take over a month to arrive, just tell that to your customers. Overpromising just looks bad.

This review might be worth a 5 it might be worth a 2. I'm not sure yet as I haven't received the item yet. I made this order on the 13th of October and I expected delays for dispatch due to covid, which was made clear at time of purchase. But the item has now been with border express for 10 days. Their tracking said it was on board for delivery last week but it wasn't delivered and nobody has contacted me or updated me since it hasn't been delivered. No issue with Gym Direct themselves, just one of the delivery partners they use.

The site is great and processess easy and intuitive. still have not seen the goods though. The tracking on Direct Freight is "in Transit" and still not delivered. should i call them to organise a pick up at their Townsville depot as that is the last place the good show up on their tracker?

Delivery was bad and they didn’t even ring the unit. Boxes were broken and the product is scruffed

I am disappointed because I still don't have the cable attachments after ordering on the 25th September. Other deliveries of the cable machine itself and another attachment from other companies arrived in 4 business days. Chris from Gym Direct was good and tried to expedite delivery but 2 promised dates were not met after I stayed home all both days. I realise it's not Gym Directs fault but I purchased from Gym Direct . If the other companies had similar delivery times I would understand but they were surprisingly quick.

Hi, The ordering system worked well. Stock is good. I'm still awaiting delivery however. I assume Covid has something to do with the delay in delivery to Canberra. Kind regards Ross 0414 537 242

Online customer was helpful, and it was one of the only places with dumbbell sets in stock over Covid lockdowns. Communication about the order was good and delivery time reasonable. The dumbell quality is decent, the weights don't loosen as easily as some other sets. But the packaging when it arrived, let's say it had seen better days. The boxes were dirty and torn, exposing the products inside. The products themselves were quite dirty, I'm not sure if it was lubricant, rust or dirt, and they were a little scuffed up. After a good clean everything was fine, but it's not a positive experience receiving new products that don't look new, but rather like they've sat in the corner of the warehouse for a while.

Unfortunately the product had a major manufacturing problem. I was able to rectify this myself by drilling holes through the steel and I was given a partial refund, which was good, but would hope that the quality of the product would have been better up front.

Great product selection and prices however took 2 weeks to dispatch my order. No updates on my order in that 2 weeks but about 10 marketing emails to buy more items.

Product quality is great however my order was shipped to the wrong house and after contacting the customer service team I got one email back and never anything more. Luckily I figured out the house it was delivered to and got my order myself but if I didn’t I never would’ve received it. Don’t think this is their fault and was just a mistake.
