“The wall mounted dual pulley tower is pretty well built for the price, also very versatile in training. Only issue I have is thr pulleys and guide rods are creating a lot of drag and aren't as smooth as I thought.”

“The service was amazing, the instruction were NOT good. 4 sketches with lots of numbers for such a large machine is not good enough, with a little effort on the instructions the small detail explained the assemble could become very easy. I do fear that theplastic rollers which will constantly rub on the metal screws will wear out quickly, but as I have just received it I cant be sure”

“Delivered on time and is as described. Solid and feels secure and easy to assemble* Would have given 5 stars except the screw holes were not countersunk which I had to do otherwise the wood would split near the hole. The instructions also said the screws could only be used 3 times (in and out) during assembly before they could no longer be tightened and that was a user problem…. I would buy from them again.”

“first time buying from Gym Direct - easy and simple online ordering received communication via email on each step until delivered slight delay due to Christmas but no issues with that - totally understand and accept product is exactly as described and is good quality and great prices”

“The only problem I have is with the delivery company. I source gym equipment for clients and of late have been buying a lot of equipment from you. Upon delivery to the various addresses, I have had the same complaint all the time. ( The delivery person only puts it at the door.) A little bit of common sense, kindness, helpfulness and etiquette goes a long way and will probably get you more orders. If you are interested in real life examples then feel free to contact me.”
