Truthfully I wasn't that impressed. I had 1 missed call from Gym direct. I called back within 30 minutes and the gentleman I spoke to had no idea why they called.
I then received multiple calls the next day to discuss an issue with the product I purchased. It would have been ideal to sort it out during the initial call back.
I also need to return a product. The team took several days to respond and just said ship it back for a refund. Although I asked for a product swap. I get it, but overall the customer experience hasn't been what I'd expect.
