2 weeks and we have not received the equipment and has zero updates on the location. It was a a facility an hour away then disappeared without a single update.
We also never received an estimated delivery time when it order was originally sent.
Apart from the shipping problems my partner has ordered from you before and received his weight plates within the week and they have been AMAZING. 4 years old now and still like new despite being thrown about the home gym
