“Website is easy to use. I especially appreciate the accurate "in stock" or "sold out" status on the items. I get really sick of ordering goods only to be told a day or two later they are sold out. Drop shipping at its worst. No dramas like that at Gym Direct. Staff are very helpful and quick to respond to enquiries via message and telephone. Goods were dispatched quickly, arrived fast. There was a manufacturing defect, but Gym Direct had a replacement part to me in two days. Can't ask for more than that.”

“Really disappointing service. My order wasn't dispatched until after the date I was supposed to receive it, which was 1 week after the order date, and then wasn't actually delivered until a other week after that. Gym Direct neither answered nor returned my calls to enquire about it.”

“The parcel arrived broken, the barbell bar is slightly damaged, the clamps are missing. I emailed to make inquiries, no response received. I only have plates and a bar, unable to use it! The worst online shopping experience ever!”
