The product range available is excellent, some flaws but hey, nothing and no one is perfect. Communication (or should I say the lack thereof) with your clients is by far the most disappointing part of your business. Having to chase up multiple times for updates after waiting weeks on end is unacceptable. I really want to give more than three start. However, with the disappointingly poor customer service I'm not able to give more.
