Dropped my phone in the toilet, had to travel across Sydney with no map, arrived at the appointment 40 mins late, their response was, "Great to see you mate, wait by your car, we'll get the items ready and pack them in for you". 10/10 service after what happened, thanks gym direct, made my day.
