Awesome Product, Very Good and prompt Customer Service, we had a communication issue with the intermediate Delivery Depot (bigpost) where they insisted the delivery method was not a tail lift as what we purchased. this took two days to sort out with them and recommend gymdirect ensure all delivery details are passed onto the intermediate agent so delivery can be made by the transport companies without back and forth to confirm minor details. Apart from that very satisfied and will be ordering in the near future with Gym Direct!
