Well, it took four phone calls to staff that were noncommittal and uninformative, telling me that 'we will get back to you within 24 hours' ( which they didn't) as well as 3 emails before I actually receive my delivery 3 months after my online order was processed... In the end I requested a refund if delivery couldn't be done ASAP...Very disappointed to say the least....
