Great to deal with, only concern was we had no warning from the courier of arrival despite me ringing Gym Direct to ask them if I could be contacted to ensure my partner was home to assist. Luckily the couriers were kind enough to to get the heavy item down to our shed. Setup was tricky with NO instructions but we are wrapped with the Power wrap once we figured how to set it up…INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE USEFUL
