Had an initial disappointment with delivery - rec'd courier's notification on friday that it's on the way (anxiously waited for it whole day) but it didn't turn up. Called the forwarder's call centre - was told shipment was never picked up. Called Gymdirect and was told it was picked up from their warehouse but shipper probably never scanned it & i should get it on monday instead. True enough it came on monday. Couldn't be happier. Freight forwarder's app is not always accurate.
Item came in perfect condition.
