I am really disappointed in the communication.
I understand supply chain issues, that being said, I have had 3 emails saying that my order is out for delivery or been delivered and I haven’t received the order. Now I am being sent an email asking to review my experience?
I am okay waiting for my order, you present a very competitive price which I appreciate. However it is frustrating when I stay home to collect an order or need to call up to ask why it said my order was delivered when it has not been.
