After ordering NT item, I was sent a notice of how to track the shipment. What a joke.
The tracker appears to be a random date generator. At first, for 4-5 days, it would just give the next day as "expected delivery date". For the past 5 days it has given the same date as "expected delivery date". Today is February 4. When I checked a few minutes ago, the delivery date listed was (as it has been for the past 4 days) January 31! So even though they know it hasn't been delivered they still tell me it's expected 4 days ago! Terrible.
