Product quality is fine. Customer service is poor. Order was short supplied, raised with GD and they blamed their courier with no eta on a resolution as their couriers "accounts manager" was investigating.
Have requested replacement products or refund but judging by other reviews, it looks like it will be easier to lodge a formal complaint and go from there.
Initial customer service response was less than 1hr, after I requested a refund or replacement product, GDcsyopped replying.
