Took over a month to get an in stock item I bought dispatched, and only after I contacted them did it eventually get dispatched. Did get a quick initial reply but heard nothing for over a week until I had to follow up again after they said they'd "look into it".
Gave this company the benefit of the doubt after the initial covid rush years ago but it doesn't seem their customer service is much better now.
