Product is awesome and exactly what I hoped for. I was having an issue with delivery (seperate company who I couldn't get on to) and the customer service from gym direct was amazing, He was so helpful and friendly and helped get the problem resolved despite it not being a problem from them rather the delivery company. He did way more than expected to help direct them to the right spot. I really appreciated all the help and support as this was a birthday gift for my partner and he was so happy with the gift and quality too!
