After making an order with Gym direct I was really impressed that they contacted me to make sure my items were correct as it didn’t match the weight bar I ordered.
After correcting the issue it took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. After contacting the team twice!!!
Finally after I contacted them a final time they sent my item and it arrived the next day.
Even though they had mentioned there was a problem on their end. No apology or anything was received. Pretty disappointed
