I phoned GD to enquire about shipping, and I got the impression I was wasting their precious time... I shouldn't have ignored that, because my equipment arrived with some damage, I sent two emails about it and was ignored. The damage doesn't stop the functionality of the equipment so I'll live with it, but the point is he chose to ignore my emails, not really surprised in hindsight, given my phone call to him.
