Initial customer service great. Wonderful interaction. Then nothing for weeks. Only being spammed promo emails daily. Then my chasing up progress gets a waved off. Then I have to get shitty 2 weeks after and only THEN after every excuse in the book suddenly its on a truck next day. THEN it sits with the courier for another day because you stipulate they must ring us first. But you don't give them a number. And you don't answer them when they call. I'm curious how do you think you went. Is this just a daily thing for you and the norm? I was so looking forward to ordering the rest of the gym equipment to kit out our garage gym but how could I possibly go through you guys again knowing how the Initial purchase went? It really cheapened the first interaction and the excitement of it all. The dumbells are good though. So well done on that.
