Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a pair of leggings waited a month due to covid and they were the WRONG SIZE.
I contacted them about a replacement and they tell me they’re perfectly fine and to either wear them or give them away as a gift, or a 5% refund????? Absolutely shocking behaviour from such a big company.
Completely put off buying from them ever again, really bad experience and waste of my time and money.
