“Sad. Clothes starting to feel like stuff from Temu. Vests and t-shirts are now so thin, I've literally seen thicker cigarette papers. T-shirts all had pointy bits that stuck out on the shoulders and the fit is better suited to people that don't even go to the gym. Not worth the money anymore.”

“Awful Quality Products Bought a T-Shirt from Gymshark, Logo has started to peel off much sooner than I would have expected for a ‘premium’ product. My other Gymshark stuff has lasted much longer. Customer Services aren’t interested, despite advising them of my legal rights to a resolution under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Safe to say I’ll be continuing to pursue this matter until it’s resolved to my satisfaction. Would encourage others to shop elsewhere. I certainly won’t be buying anything else from them ever again.”

“I wouldn't give this cowboy company a one but had to to write a review. Do not buy items with this company they are deceiving people and need investigating by trading standards as they are stealing peoples money with not giving refunds by making people go round in circles with their imaginary customer service!! Their clothing quality is very poor as well. So many better clothing gym companies out there . DO NOT SHOP WITH GYMSHARK!!”

“sent items back in December for an exchange and I have sent numerous emails, but I can't get any information on where my items are, if they shipped, or tracking info. All email replies are in a repeated loop "We're looking into this" "that dept. has not responded to us yet." You can't get an answer it seems so sketchy and they have no phone number.”

“Received a faulty item where the stitchings are coming off and they won’t replace or issue a refund because they said this is something they consider a fault. This is not the first time but actually the second time this happened. Very bad customer service and I feel very cheated by this company and by the people who work there. It seems they like to sell damage items and they feel that this is ok. Crooks!”

“Ordered from Gymshark and this will be the last time until they change their delivery company. Only a psychopath would choose Evri. Been waiting for more than two weeks, evri updates their delivery time every single day and it looks like there's no end in sight. At this point it has become a joke..”

“In London on holiday and went to purchase something from gymshark, they refused to take the size shirt we needed off the manikin to sell it. Said only the manikin team can do that or they’d get in trouble. Thats freaking ridiculous to have a shirt on the manikin in the store where you buy their clothes and you can’t purchase what’s there. Bad call Gymshark! SMH!!!”

“This company is an absolute disgrace. Their customer service is beyond unacceptable, and their so-called "refund policy" is a complete joke. Don’t be fooled—they’ll find every excuse not to honor it. Most items aren’t eligible for a refund, even when they claim otherwise. On top of that, their products are ridiculously overpriced. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of other gym retailers out there who actually respect their customers.”

“Horrible customer service. I was not provided a refund nor issued a new order despite having not received the items. Their remedy was to have me re-purchase the same items again. I do not recommend purchasing from them.”

“Good evening, I brought a knee brace and paid for postage. The item is wildly undersized. Like ridiculous undersized. Now i have lost €5.50 . Its not a lot of money i know but it the whole principle of the situation. I did my research. Read reviews, checked sizing guides . Still a genuine bad experience with Gymshark. I have been a very longtime customer and will not order again from you directly. I genuinely feel let down by you. Also contacting Gymshark is impossible. Just being sent in frustrating circles. Never again”

“I don't know if maybe I got lucky compared to everyone else leaving reviews, but I've had 0 issues with ordering and receiving my orders. The material is super comfortable, stretchy but a tight fit. I would 100% recommend, but take my review with a grain of salt, because every order/person is different. My only complaint, I recently bought "Gymshark Everyday Seamless Long Sleeve Crop Top - Black", and it got a hole the first day I wore it. Otherwise, it's great! Size up for sure if you have a larger chest as it will ride up a bit and won't cover as much as it shows in the image (the model is wearing like an XS or something).”

“Eind december mijn volledige bestelling geretourneerd en toch wordt er 1 artikel in rekening gebracht. Ik heb nu ca 3 keer bij Gymshark besteld en elke keer zijn er problemen. Heel jammer want ze hebben mooie spullen. Ook deze keer twijfelde ik om een bestelling te plaatsen, had ik het maar niet gedaan :(. Ze geven aan een “onderzoek” te hebben gestart en het artikel dat ik moet betalen is volgens hun niet geretourneerd. Het is hun woord tegen het mijne. Een hele vervelende situatie en typisch dat het weer mis gaat. Ik heb meerderen malen contact geprobeerd te zoeken maar krijg ook vaak een antwoord van een automatische bot. Jammer genoeg zal ik hier dus nooit meer en bestelling plaatsen.”
