"On the 24th of June 2026, I made 2 separate returns to Gym Shark as I was disappointed in the quality and fits of the products received, in comparison to other gym wear brands. Both returns were posted on the 24th of June as mentioned.\r\n\r\nOn the 2nd of July, I received two separate emails from Happy Returns, stating the two separate returns were both received at the warehouse and both approved for return in brand new condition.\r\n\r\nAfter waiting in excess of the 7 days for my refund to show in my bank account as advertised on their website, I reached out to Gym Shark \"help\" on multiple occasions on the 13th and 14th of July.\r\n\r\nOn the 14th of July, Gym Shark sent me a message, stating they can see my return has been submitted but had no confirmation that it was received by the warehouse and they required proof that I had in fact sent the items back. This message, some 12 days AFTER receiving the two separate email confirmations from Happy Returns stating they had received both and approved for return. This was pointed out to them and they still stated they required proof that I did in fact send the items back, despite my having an email from 12 days prior, confirming same.\r\n\r\nDue to my frustration with the whole situation, I stated how poor the customer service was and what I thought of Gym Shark as a company for this putrid display of complete incompetence and was then messaged, stating Gym Shark are a respectful organisation and are closing the chat. How infuriating!? \r\n\r\nI would NOT purchase with Gym Shark again. Not only were the products sub par in terms of their fit and overall quality, but to be stuffed around for 12 days, and be out of pocket with nothing in the way of compensation is absolutely dreadful for a multi million dollar company with internationally renowned and sponsored athletes. Absolutely disgusted. Would avoid this brand at all costs!"

"My experience with gymshark was disappointing beyond words. My first purchase with them went terribly wrong\u2014I never received my items as they were lost in transit. My items arrived in my country after 10 days. However, after 2 weeks, there were no updates and I didn\u2019t receive my items.\r\n\r\nI reached out to customer service, and that\u2019s when things went downhill. Initially, they claimed they couldn\u2019t find my order. Then they said it was held up due to unpaid customs fees, which was confusing as gymshark did not inform me of these fees previously. Later on they said that they couldn\u2019t assist me further and advised me to contact another department. \r\n\r\nThe other department was also slow to respond, they said they would search for my item. Weeks went by with no updates so I had to follow up again. It was only then that I was informed that my parcel was lost. They told me to contact the shipper in order to apply for a refund but didn\u2019t give any more instructions on HOW or WHO to contact to kickstart this refund process. \r\n\r\nThe whole situation was handled terribly by gymshark. Slow replies, lack of urgency, and horrendous customer service. This will be my first and last time placing an order with gymshark."

"Gym shark started their sale just a few days ago, I added my items to my cart and checked out, everything said it was in stock at the time of checkout. \r\n\r\nAfter a while I kept getting emails about shipping delays because they were backed up from the sale. Understandable. However today I get an email saying sorry our apologies..your item is out of stock (even though it wasn't when you placed your order and we still charged you...and now you have to wait 3-5 business days to get your money back for the item we didn't have but said we did and charged you for) here's a 20% coupon to use (not during a sale) I've included a screen shot of their email. I just think it's pretty crappy customer service for all of this being their fault. \ud83e\udd37"

"I purchased an item in early August, it arrived quickly. But was 1 size to big, there was a returns envelope within the package sent to me. So I placed everything back inside this with clear instructions, my order number, address, contact info everything. \r\n\r\nI dropped the envelope at the post office. Super easy. \r\n\r\nBut it\u2019s November tomorrow. That was mid august. \r\n\r\nCustomer service are politely giving me the run around. \r\n\r\nProduct looked nice, but my money is gone. I have nothing to show for it. The item was correctly returned to the Gymshark returns depot in Ireland. \r\n\r\nThanks guys"
