“I don't know if maybe I got lucky compared to everyone else leaving reviews, but I've had 0 issues with ordering and receiving my orders. The material is super comfortable, stretchy but a tight fit. I would 100% recommend, but take my review with a grain of salt, because every order/person is different. My only complaint, I recently bought "Gymshark Everyday Seamless Long Sleeve Crop Top - Black", and it got a hole the first day I wore it. Otherwise, it's great! Size up for sure if you have a larger chest as it will ride up a bit and won't cover as much as it shows in the image (the model is wearing like an XS or something).”

“My parcel went missing on 19.10.23, l emailed gymshark on 22.10.23 and they sent replacement item straight away, express delivery, and l received it on 23.10.23. Really impressed with their customer service”

“AMAZING Customer Service. They always fix my issue whether that be my package was lost in transit to much more. They always send a replacement or offer a gift card! I truly don't understand why people have given them such a bad rating.”

“Love the Company/Brand itself, I order from them by their app on my phone and it’s great! I buy products for myself or my hubby and shipping is always so quick that our orders arrive in 2-3 days all the way to Hawai’i! Quality of everything is amazing too :)”

“I have ordered many workout clothes from Gymshark US and have not had ANY of the concerns people have posted on here!! One package was delivered at my neighbours house, but that was Fedex's fault NOT Gymshark as the address was correct. I love the quality and fit of these clothes and would highly suggest anyone to by them.”

“I’ve read some of these comments about their customer service and it seems so hard to believe. I’ve been ordering from gymshark for years and have NEVER had a problem even remotely close to what I’ve read. My most recent order they mixed up one item and when I reached out to their customer service, they immediately answered and ended up sending me the correct item and didn’t make me send back the incorrect item. They were quick in sending my correct item and so easy to work with. I LOVE this brand! Amazing clothing, great customer service, and so much more.”

“I am SO impressed with the customer service and company. I believe my package was stolen from my doorstep before I could retrieve it and I was devastated. The fact that they responded so quickly to my emails and were so understanding of my circumstance is so amazing. I received the replacement order two days ago and am OBSESSED with the clothes. Literally the best workout gear I have ever owned. I will definitely be purchasing more from Gymshark. Thank you guys for being such a loyal and caring company to your customers!”

“Shopping on their site is quick and easy. Delivery is very fast, came before they even said it would. The products themselves are great, obviously on par with big brands like Adidas, Under Armour etc. Yet for less money you get the same quality.”

“Recently there was a 50% sale on a variety of items, I was worried as the sale was a few days in and I thought the chances of me getting what I wanted in my size were slim. However there was still plenty of stock available and with a further student discount code I received another 10% off and next day delivery. Unfortunately the order did not come on the confirmed day, however I was sent an apology email and my order arrived next day at 11am (... quick)! The packaging is nice and the outfits are even better. So excited to wear my new gear at more than half the price only 3 days after coming across it!!”
