I’ve read some of these comments about their customer service and it seems so hard to believe. I’ve been ordering from gymshark for years and have NEVER had a problem even remotely close to what I’ve read. My most recent order they mixed up one item and when I reached out to their customer service, they immediately answered and ended up sending me the correct item and didn’t make me send back the incorrect item. They were quick in sending my correct item and so easy to work with. I LOVE this brand! Amazing clothing, great customer service, and so much more.
