Selling limited items on sale and then cancelling orders. Sounds dodgy to me. Maybe fair trading would like to hear about it.

Received a faulty item where the stitchings are coming off and they won’t replace or issue a refund because they said this is something they consider a fault. This is not the first time but actually the second time this happened. Very bad customer service and I feel very cheated by this company and by the people who work there. It seems they like to sell damage items and they feel that this is ok. Crooks!

Ordered from Gymshark and this will be the last time until they change their delivery company. Only a psychopath would choose Evri. Been waiting for more than two weeks, evri updates their delivery time every single day and it looks like there's no end in sight. At this point it has become a joke..

In London on holiday and went to purchase something from gymshark, they refused to take the size shirt we needed off the manikin to sell it. Said only the manikin team can do that or they’d get in trouble. Thats freaking ridiculous to have a shirt on the manikin in the store where you buy their clothes and you can’t purchase what’s there. Bad call Gymshark! SMH!!!

This company is an absolute disgrace. Their customer service is beyond unacceptable, and their so-called "refund policy" is a complete joke. Don’t be fooled—they’ll find every excuse not to honor it. Most items aren’t eligible for a refund, even when they claim otherwise. On top of that, their products are ridiculously overpriced. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of other gym retailers out there who actually respect their customers.

Horrible customer service. I was not provided a refund nor issued a new order despite having not received the items. Their remedy was to have me re-purchase the same items again. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

Good evening, I brought a knee brace and paid for postage. The item is wildly undersized. Like ridiculous undersized. Now i have lost €5.50 . Its not a lot of money i know but it the whole principle of the situation. I did my research. Read reviews, checked sizing guides . Still a genuine bad experience with Gymshark. I have been a very longtime customer and will not order again from you directly. I genuinely feel let down by you. Also contacting Gymshark is impossible. Just being sent in frustrating circles. Never again

Eind december mijn volledige bestelling geretourneerd en toch wordt er 1 artikel in rekening gebracht. Ik heb nu ca 3 keer bij Gymshark besteld en elke keer zijn er problemen. Heel jammer want ze hebben mooie spullen. Ook deze keer twijfelde ik om een bestelling te plaatsen, had ik het maar niet gedaan :(. Ze geven aan een “onderzoek” te hebben gestart en het artikel dat ik moet betalen is volgens hun niet geretourneerd. Het is hun woord tegen het mijne. Een hele vervelende situatie en typisch dat het weer mis gaat. Ik heb meerderen malen contact geprobeerd te zoeken maar krijg ook vaak een antwoord van een automatische bot. Jammer genoeg zal ik hier dus nooit meer en bestelling plaatsen.

I sent back 4 mens joggers, and received 6 pieces of women's workout clothes. Finally, 1 jogger was sent, the 1 was out of stock and I am still waiting for 2 joggers worth $68, that i never received a credit for. HELP!!!!!

If I could give this company a negative I would . Their customer service is non-existent!!! I made a purchase 11/29 . It says out for delivery 12/2 and then disappears. I spoke to a supervisor at their shipping company who said it was lost. I emailed gymshark repeatedly and I get the same computer generated email. I told them to ship it out again and the emails stopped. you have to wait up to 96hours for each response. Total waste of money. You have to wait 10 business days/14 regular days for them to even look at your shipping information. Never thought I would have this problem with my order!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!

I recently purchased some items from Gymshark. It was going to send to my old address. I canceled the orders before the 15 minute mark. It never got processed. Then I reached out to them you can’t call so I messaged and there was nothing they can do. So my fault I had the wrong address but the costumer service is the worst I have seen. You can’t call and can only message a robot. I will never use them again.

Ordered two leggings, only one arrived so I processed a refund for both since they were both going to be too small. Never received the second pair in the mail, never received a refund for them so I’m out $40 because they don’t have a human to speak to, just endless bots and emails that take you no where. Save your money, use literally any other activewear company.
