Order delivered to the wrong street and not visible around the property it was potentially delivered to. Only able to speak to a bot to try and get assistance. Three days on I still don't have my order but Gymshark have my money. They and their courier (Evri, need I say more) have not completed their part of the contract in delivering to the correct address and I'm expected to try and find it. Terrible customer service, would never order from them again.

I really like Gymsharks clothes for the gym, however my package got stolen before I got home and they refuse to refund or reimburse me for my order of over $100 and I even tried sending them the Police report and they still refused.

I’ve been buying from Gymshark for years and have been a loyal customer, primarily ordering online. This was my first time ever walking into a Gymshark store, and after this experience, it will almost certainly be my last. I genuinely expected better from a brand I’ve supported for so long. We waited approximately 15 minutes at the checkout with only one cashier actually working, while multiple other registers were completely unattended. For a major Gymshark location in SoHo, that level of service was already disappointing. But the real issue came when we finally reached the register. We had an item in our hands that was clearly available on the sales floor. There were at least two of the exact same item physically there, and both of us had actually tried them on. We were then told that the item could not be sold because it would “mess up the inventory.” We questioned this because, quite simply, the product was sitting there and there were multiple pieces of it. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation or finding a solution, the cashier brought over a colleague/manager, who simply repeated the exact same excuse: they couldn’t sell it because it would affect their inventory. We were then offered a discount instead. At this point, we jokingly laughed and commented that this was pretty unheard of. The response we received was incredibly rude and dismissive: “So you don’t want the discount either?” That attitude was the final straw. The entire interaction felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by trying to purchase something from their store. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable. We were trying to buy an item that was physically on the sales floor, after already waiting 15 minutes to check out. What makes this especially disappointing is that I’m not someone who walked into Gymshark for the first time and randomly decided to complain. I’ve been buying Gymshark products for years and have supported the brand as a loyal customer. This was my first experience visiting one of the stores, and instead of making a loyal online customer want to shop in person, the experience did the complete opposite. A store can have inventory issues. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is the combination of poor staffing, a 15-minute wait, an unreasonable explanation, and an unnecessarily rude attitude toward customers — and then acting as though the customer is the problem for questioning it. For a brand of Gymshark’s size, and especially for a location in SoHo, this was an incredibly poor representation of the company. I left the store without purchasing anything, and after this experience, I have no intention of buying anything from this store again. It’s honestly remarkable that a company can spend so much effort building customer loyalty online and then have an in-store experience that makes a loyal customer not want to come back.

I would have given 0 stars but not an option. The customer service for Gymshark is terrible. Inquiring about 2 shorts that the official email says were delivered but were not has taken over 2 hours total time to try to resolve. There is no phone number and you have to communicate with a bot who was no help the first attempt and took over an hour the second time. I was charged and NEVER made aware that the products I ordered were out of stock. The email showed they were actually included in the delivery- which was not true. My kids love this brand but we will NEVER order from here again. I should have been made aware and immediately refunded for OUT OF STOCK items ordered. That is considered stealing in my book! What a racket. Lesson definitely learned with this company. What a joke of a company. Buyers BEWARE.

Technically correct but I expected a bit more. So I had a problem with the delivery, it was sent by DHL and they didn't delivered it to my house but expected me to pick it up at the agency 1h+ away from my address. I didn't pick it up because I ordered home delivery and I contacted the gymshark staff in the meantime. All the messages were copy-paste and felt like talking to an ai. It completely felt like they were washing their hands saying they couldn't do anything, we should wait for the parcel to be returned, etc. As the company that hired their services they should have been the ones to fill a formal complain, but I had to do it in the consumer's protection office, which is not going to end up in anything since I wasn't the one hiring their services. They refunded me the delivery costs which is nice and I appreciate. I had to wait for around 2 weeks or so for the return process to start and after that they gave me a refund gift card, which was to be expected, but I tried telling them to resend me the package to a nearby pickup point, and that wasn't possible. Thankfully the item was still in stock, but the discount I got in the first order didn't apply so I had to spend extra to re order everything again. Each message I read was disappointment after disappointment and expected quite a lot more since gymshark has good CS reputation. I was hoping for a gift of compensation like a bit more cash in the gift card, an extra gift in the new order, something like other brands do, but no. I'll probably pick YoungLA or MyProtein over Gymshark since this experience completely demotivated me into buying more products for them.

Garbage costumer service, was a fan of their clothes until they started to waste my time and … me around. I returned a package and it has been sitting in their warehouse for almost a month and they haven’t viewed it yet to give me my gift card to buy something else. 0/10 customer service and that’s a shame considering they were good until they weren’t.

Just terrible to deal with. I ordered shorts for my Grandson’s birthday on 9th July for his birthday on the 17th. When I hassled as to where they were, you only get to talk to bot, it made all the right noises. I then got an email on the 14th July telling me they’re out of stock. Couldn’t believe it! Hardly any time to get something else. I did find a different pair of shorts and ordered them paying extra for next day delivery - that was on the 14th - still not here and his birthday is tomorrow. Am furious - still waiting for refund for original order and can’t get hold of anyone real to speak to. Do not order from this website. Absolutely useless.

On the 24th of June 2026, I made 2 separate returns to Gym Shark as I was disappointed in the quality and fits of the products received, in comparison to other gym wear brands. Both returns were posted on the 24th of June as mentioned. On the 2nd of July, I received two separate emails from Happy Returns, stating the two separate returns were both received at the warehouse and both approved for return in brand new condition. After waiting in excess of the 7 days for my refund to show in my bank account as advertised on their website, I reached out to Gym Shark "help" on multiple occasions on the 13th and 14th of July. On the 14th of July, Gym Shark sent me a message, stating they can see my return has been submitted but had no confirmation that it was received by the warehouse and they required proof that I had in fact sent the items back. This message, some 12 days AFTER receiving the two separate email confirmations from Happy Returns stating they had received both and approved for return. This was pointed out to them and they still stated they required proof that I did in fact send the items back, despite my having an email from 12 days prior, confirming same. Due to my frustration with the whole situation, I stated how poor the customer service was and what I thought of Gym Shark as a company for this putrid display of complete incompetence and was then messaged, stating Gym Shark are a respectful organisation and are closing the chat. How infuriating!? I would NOT purchase with Gym Shark again. Not only were the products sub par in terms of their fit and overall quality, but to be stuffed around for 12 days, and be out of pocket with nothing in the way of compensation is absolutely dreadful for a multi million dollar company with internationally renowned and sponsored athletes. Absolutely disgusted. Would avoid this brand at all costs!

Tried ordering during the sale but the website checkout loop broke. Messaged support during the sale, but they took days to reply and now say they 'can't help' because the sale ended. Please help fix this technical error.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! You can't reply back to their emails, no phone number, only the chat icon on their web. Anyways , they're return policy state after receiving returns at warehouse refunded are issued within 7 days. I waited for 10 days and after chatting they would just tell well you have to wait until the items are scanned at the warehouse so wait for another 7 days or dispute it with your bank! Never ever ordering from them anyways was my first order , cheap quality leggings , thin material, polyester feel!

Brilliant sizing initially, after 1 wash the tops shrink, not by a little either. Shame cause they seemed decent

Sad. Clothes starting to feel like stuff from Temu. Vests and t-shirts are now so thin, I've literally seen thicker cigarette papers. T-shirts all had pointy bits that stuck out on the shoulders and the fit is better suited to people that don't even go to the gym. Not worth the money anymore.

Awful Quality Products Bought a T-Shirt from Gymshark, Logo has started to peel off much sooner than I would have expected for a ‘premium’ product. My other Gymshark stuff has lasted much longer. Customer Services aren’t interested, despite advising them of my legal rights to a resolution under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Safe to say I’ll be continuing to pursue this matter until it’s resolved to my satisfaction. Would encourage others to shop elsewhere. I certainly won’t be buying anything else from them ever again.

I wouldn't give this cowboy company a one but had to to write a review. Do not buy items with this company they are deceiving people and need investigating by trading standards as they are stealing peoples money with not giving refunds by making people go round in circles with their imaginary customer service!! Their clothing quality is very poor as well. So many better clothing gym companies out there . DO NOT SHOP WITH GYMSHARK!!

sent items back in December for an exchange and I have sent numerous emails, but I can't get any information on where my items are, if they shipped, or tracking info. All email replies are in a repeated loop "We're looking into this" "that dept. has not responded to us yet." You can't get an answer it seems so sketchy and they have no phone number.
