Placed an order and paid for 2 day delivery charge. I initially received my purchase confirmation but nothing since. The money has been devoted from my account and yet I have not received any updates regarding my expected purchase delivery. I raised this by contacting their support team and was asked for order, delivery address and email address Info which I sent and have yet to hear back. I Have now had to send my third email requesting an update. Disappointed with my first ever order with this brand. I’ve had better experience with smaller sport brand company like overactive who at least have the time to respond to their customers and confirm what steps they are taking to resolve the matter.

I did not receive my order from them and I spend more than 400.00 US Dollars. Their customer service sucks send a couple of emails and never received a response from them. So disappointed I will be Filing a fraudulent claim against them with my bank to try to recover my money. Please do not order from them save your money.

Tried to order from this company 4 times, each time getting my order canceled immediately after processing. reached out to the company. They informed me of their 3rd party security system that kept denying my orders but said that they had fixed the issue and that I could proceed forward with placing another order. Did that and once again the same thing happened. Asked them if I could get the discounted price from when I originally ordered and they said no. Told them they should be sending me my merchandise at no charge since this matter still has not been corrected and they are refusing to do that. So much for there exceptional customer service they claim to have. Such a disappointment! If they really cared about their customers they would be going out of their way to make it right.

Horrible!! Do not order from them! I placed an order weeks ago and never received it. Tried contacting customer service and they said they sent it out. The tracking number they gave me is absolutely useless and untraceable. They won’t even give me a refund. I need to contact my bank now and try to see if I can file a fraudulent claim against them. They’re a scam!

This company is so unprofessional and ordering from them has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had ordering online. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I tried to order some gym clothes for myself as birthday presents. There was an error on their page that made me re-enter my payment information. I did, and I got a confirmation that my order went through. I checked my email and saw that the same order had been canceled. But when I reviewed my bank statement I saw I was charged twice for the order that didn't go though. I reached out to customer support and every single time someone different replied. They literally asked me to send me a screenshot of my bank statement.... Then, when I replied and said that it was against my bank's privacy policies, they just sent another email basically saying, "as we mentioned in our earlier email," asking for me to send a bank statement AGAIN. Then, someone at their company, Kaitlyn, said my payment went through and that my order was on its way. However, I never received an email confirming this, so I reached out, AGAIN. This time, someone claimed that the order was CANCELED. In the same email said they went through my email threads and stated I was advised of the situation. Even though the email from Kaitlyn was the last one I received...... ON TOP OF THAT, my boyfriend ordered me an outfit THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED (even though FedEx said it was). Seriously, avoid the frustration, confusion and unprofessionalism with this company and just shop elsewhere. I am not going to oder from them again.

I ordered two items the other day, using express delivery since I needed the items asap, I received a message that they refunded my express delivery?? Like what reason? I paid for it for a reason clearly so idk why they took the express off, I reached out to the team so many times they haven’t replied with anything helpful they don’t care!

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a pair of leggings waited a month due to covid and they were the WRONG SIZE. I contacted them about a replacement and they tell me they’re perfectly fine and to either wear them or give them away as a gift, or a 5% refund????? Absolutely shocking behaviour from such a big company. Completely put off buying from them ever again, really bad experience and waste of my time and money.

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered clothing for my son in November and I just received it. I gave them the benefit of doubt due to COVID and mailing problems. When we received our package, everything was wrong! They are women’s yoga and not for a grown athletic man! I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and their response is always that the items are good, keep them, give to someone else as a gift or sell them!! They will only give me 10% refund! I want the items we ordered OR a full refund! I can’t believe what their response has been!!! If ANYONE has a suggestion, please share.

I order my package on the black friday. Still i didn't get my order. I sent email to costumer service three times and they 'sent me package three times' and i don't bealive they send it bcz i didn't receive my package any time. When i ask them where is my package bcz it's not clear to me that my package arrive in Croatia(my country) and after that nothing. When i ask them about that they usually don't answer, and after 5 days when my package go away they said 'we will sent you again or you want refund'. They're extremally unprofessional and rude. NO I DON'T WANT REFUND I WANT MY PACKAGE. I really don't know what is the problem with the delivery, such a 'famous' brand and you have problems with delivery like this? It's a BIG SHAME.

I ordered from them for Black Friday almost one month ago. I had to send 3 emails to learn that my ordered has been lost in the process. They offered to pay me back or to issue a gift card and say that sending a replacement order was not possible as the items were out of stock . After investigating on my side, I find out that only one item was stock out. And guess what ? THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME WAS A FAKE ONE. After contacting the delivery service, they confirmed that it was a SCAM and a FALSE TRACING NUMBER . After complaining and sending 5 more emails (of course they took ages to respond every email pretending to be overwhelmed), they are sending me a replacement order, but considering their customer service, I am not even sure to receive it ... AVOID GYMSHARK, they are not trust worthy at all and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

TOO DIFFICULT TO TRY REACHING THEIR SUPPOR TEAM. SERVICE IS TO DEFICIENT, TOTALLY REGRET BUYING FROM THEM. BEUATIFUL CLOTHES THEY HAVE THO... TOTAL SHAME.

Gym Shark cancelled my order without my intention! I ordered Gym Shark for my boyfriend and his sister during this recent Black Friday sale to be shipped to UK because my boyfriend is currently there. We had 21 items ordered, paid, and got the confirmation email of our order. However, 2 hours later, our order was cancelled by Gym Shark. So we quickly contacted their support team that there had to be a mistake, we didn’t to cancel our order. They responded that our order was ‘flagged as fraudulent’ and moreover they ‘are not able to reinstate this order’, therefore they said I have to make a NEW order, which means some items that we have chose would be already SOLD OUT by then. We tried to contact them again and again that this is a mistake and is for our personal use and asking them to clarify more, and that we still want our order! They responded that their ‘security system has full control over cancelled orders so it is taken out of our hands.’ We are Gym Shark’s first time customer. We were so excited for this Black Friday, and to receive the items after we got the order confirmation email. Now we are very DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED that because of their ‘security system’ they cannot reinstated our order even though we tried to contact and explain to them many times. And told me to have my friends or family order on my behalf! A waste of time choosing items we won’t be receiving, and a waste of time contacting an unsupportive team which wasn’t the LEAST HELPFUL.

Gymshark... Yes a great alternative to more expensive brands like Lululemon however if you live outside of their free delivery zone beware. I was first time Gymshark purchaser and not sure about sizing so I consulted their size charts and then made my best guess. Unfortunately on this occasion I guessed badly. As a result I had to return my purchases. Usually this is not a problem as most online international retailer make this easy and some even offer free returns. Not Gymshark. If you need to make returns this is at your own cost (and make allowances for hidden costs like customs duty on the returned goods - yes on returned goods!). It cost me 55US$ for courier (post offices closed due to covid) and customs duty to return 2 t-shirts and a pair of shorts. I reached out to their support line when my package was stuck in customs for help but what I got was basically a polite but unsupportive "sorry can't help, your returns your costs". Which was disappointing as I consulted their website which made no mention of customs duty on returned goods. So their super simple "rebound" returns service is neither simple nor cheap. Unless you know exactly what you are ordering fits, think carefully about whether you are prepared for the hassle of returning your items.

Very disappointed with Gymshark’s customer service. I ordered a packaged valued at just under $100. The package was to be delivered by FedEx, but the delivery service refused to leave the package at the door and was requiring me to pick up the package from the store (we are currently in the middle of a pandemic and I am self-quarantining). Every time I reached out to CS it was a different person. I thought the issue had been taken care of and CS informed me the package would be delivered but then the next day another person reached out and informed me if I didn’t go pick up the package from FedEx my order would be returned to Gymshark. This was my first time ordering and I will not be ordering from this company again. I cannot believe how irresponsible this company is - my time was wasted.

I got a jumper which tore at the seam after approx three wears. Was taking it off and the sleeve tore! Customer service did nothing about it, stating that it was purchased months ago. So what if it was purchased months ago. The fact is that I have only worn it approx three times. The jumper did not meet normal wear and tear lifespan of a standard jumper. Very disappointed.
