Worst Customer Service!!
It's 2021 and you'll think a £1bn company would actually invest in customer service!
Spent £76 and they didn't send a SINGLE item right. All wrong items.
Each time I try to get through to their customer service, I get a message from their chat bot saying that someone will contact me...it's been over 2 weeks now and still waiting.
What a terrible company!
