Austpost keeps asking me to wait, Gymshark has no where to contact human service whom can explain where my items have gone. It's ridiculous and service is a joke.

I placed an order on 11/1/21 that I have still not received. There is no one to talk to over the phone or to chat with. They said they would reply in a week. I have been charged for the item on my credit card. I would never buy from a company that doesn't have the ability to apply back in 24-48 hours. My son wanted this item, but I will not purchase from them ever.

The only brand that can lose a $300 order for good. I'm your customer, not your sponsor. My friend and I made these huge orders on the same day, from the same street, only a few hours apart. She got her package delivered full, within 5 days. Mine, on the other hand, was fulfilled 10 days after hers and in the end, got completely lost. I have also contacted the delivery service and they said, the package never came to them! SO Gymshark?! Can you imagine how can a package with 26 goods in it got lost in space? It is not like I have ordered a pair of leggings and one crop top. When I reached out to them, I had to wait for the answer 7 days just to find out, my $300 Christmas presents somehow disappeared. Great news Gymshark, thanks a lot. As a refund, I was offered a gift card in the value of the "sold out goods", because of course, in a meantime some things I have ordered got out of stock. You can count how many things you can buy at Gymshark for a $100 gift card, right? 2 instead of the original 6, just to clarify this. I'm the patient type of customer, always replying nicely. But this is too much. Anyways, take my advice. If you do not want to lose money and all the joy from workout clothes, do not shop at Gymshark. And another thing - do not provide Black Friday sales if you are not capable of delivering your promises.

Placed two seperate orders on 11/18. I received one of them 8 days later and my other order (the first order I placed, which, of course had all of my "must haves") is still showing "LABEL CREATED"on the fed ex site. Gymshark told me over a week ago, that they already shipped the package out of their warehouse, but I found out that is not actually the case. Fed Ex does not have the package yet. I messaged them over two days ago for the third time, and they have yet to get back to me. I'm about to dispute the charge with my bank.

Quality is getting worse and worse, also , why would models be size L and more , you are discriminating all the people who worked pretty hard and build their body, proper eating, workouts , sleep and etc. But right now what I see , everyone (especially big girls ) wearing gymshark clothes. What is the purpose of naming your company GYMSHARK ??!!

Recently bought the Whitney Simmons collection. The quality was on the products were appalling!! There were all lines of colour dye on the leggings and top. There were bits of stitching sticking out here and there. I sent back to Gymshark and waited over a month for a refund!! Contacted customer service who’d implied I’d not sent the right items back, and do had to wait for warehouse staff to physically open the bag! I won’t buy off this company again! Don’t waste your money!

I don’t know how gymshark has so many good reviews. Following the trends, I ordered a supply of gymshark clothes to workout in. On top of ordering gymshark apparel, I also ordered and bought workout apparel from over 10 other companies. Gymshark workout apparel fit the worst, stretches the worst, and the sizing was off. I have a bum and a small waist. I order leggings typically size small so they cling to my waist. All leggings from all other companies but gymshark fit fine. However, I couldn’t even get the gymshark leggings over my bum so make sure to size up. Also, I would not feel comfortable working out in this material as it is not stretchy. While the small bottoms I ordered felt more like an XXS with no stretch, the workout bras which I ordered in size small were larger than usual. I have A cups and feel like I should have at least a strong B or C with these. Majority of the shirts I got fit more like mediums when they were small or XS. One of the shirts however I got in small was like an XXS baby shirt. It was a long sleeve. All’s I’m saying is their sizing is all over the place. Their material has no stretch so I don’t know how we’re supposed to bend in these things for squats, deadlifts, yoga, etc. Ultimately I don’t know what all the hype is about and this was the only website where I could find honest real reviews about gymshark wear. All the reviews I read was that this apparel was fabulous which is really confusing considering so many other companies have fantastic gym wear for way less money and they fit better too.

Wanted to send back some of the items that i purchased and it turns out i have to pay the return fee which is 3x times more overpriced that i would have paid at my local post office. Never ordering anything from gymshark again. Their customer service sucks :)

*BEWARE* Placed my order the first week of July, received an email two days later saying my order had shipped. However the tracking number has NO information listed on it. No estimated delivery times or any indication that my order actually shipped. I emailed the customer support 3x now and still have yet to receive a reply. I paid for expedite shipping because I am moving next week. At this rate, I doubt I’ll receive the clothes before we move. BL: this Companies customer service and shipping our right SUCKS!

Be very very careful when returning. I returned 3 items I know for a fact were in the parcel - something which can be proven by its weight - and after numerous complaints I received a message to say “the warehouse staff refunded all items returned so this case is closed” they claimed they received just two items. So someone is lying. Absolutely despicable from a company of this size. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL! If you order, make sure you want it all because their staff cannot be trusted!

Their customer services used to be so good until my recent purchase. I have shipped back my returned items in April and finally they have received them beginning of June. But until now, I have not received my refund!!! They don’t respond to their email.

Over a week later and my tracking number shows that FedEx has yet to receive my package and GymShark has no number to call. I’ve emailed them twice, with no response. Huge mistake ordering from them. Huge.

Paid $300 for clothes that I never received. Instead they sent me 3 pairs of the same exact shorts that I never even purchased? I was sooooo upset. Wasted my hard earned money. I will never purchase from this site again and like the others I will report them. I never write reviews ever but this place is a scam.

I shopped their big sale, that I had been counting down the days for. They sent me the complete wrong package. I received 8 items that are of zero use to me. It took 2 days for them to respond at all. All that they could do is refund me because all of the actual items I ordered were out of stock. For their entire mistake all they could offer was 20% my next purchase. The sale I shopped was 40-50% off. The way this whole mess was handled was very poor, they do not seem to care at all about their customers.

This company is unprofessional. I paid for two-day shipping and was tracking it's progress up until it was "delivered", through UPS. The package was never delivered and there is no customer service phone number to contact to assist. I sent an a request through their website and UPS claims and both have been tedious. Not sure what this company is trying to accomplish in the future but from what I've been reading from other consumers, they won't be around too much longer. Save your money and your frustration and order from somewhere else.
