I dont recommend GymShark (0 Stars!), AVOID!!! A terribly run company who offer POOR customer service and they make it difficult for people to contact customer service. No phone number at all!!!! The delivery options should be listed as "snail mail", as they are SUPER SLOW. The staff must crawl around the warehouse as literally they could not be slower dispatching!!!! Avoid like the plague. I have autism and I find them misleading, difficult to contact and the service is shocking. This company is not helpful at all. I paid for EXPRESS next day delivery and website states orders made before 9pm will arrive next day (I ordered about 5pm). Almost TWO days later and they still haven't even bothered to dispatch my t shirt, literally, its not even in a box. This has happened before and I don't know why I even bother with this company anymore? Every time i order from them it stresses me out, as i know its going to be a complete hassle. Trying to get hold of them is more difficult than anything. And what type of express is that? They have express options but take slower than economy chinese class post, really slow and never in a rush to even package, so why even bother offering it express. They have no contact telephone numbers to reach staff which is a big negative, as many people prefer talking to a human. Guess what? They now have a terrible chat bot on the website which seems new, it basically told me I'll 'get an email when it's dispatched' after explaining my issue! This is ridiculous, as that clearly doesn't answer my query as to why offer express when they cant provide express. This has actually happened before and I thought it was a one off, gave them a second chance but clearly not, they just advertise EXPRESS but clearly don't give a damn how long it takes as they are extremely slow to dispatch. To quote the website; "Evri Next Day (Order placed before 9pm Weekdays and 7pm Weekends)". I ordered 5pm and its now almost 48 hours later and my express delivery hasn't even been put in a box! The website said order before 9pm for next day, well its now been 2 days and still no dispatch. Basically this is a poor company as they keep selling 'evri next day' but don't bother even shipping next day, maybe not even the day after the next day! It's beyond a joke and I dread to think how long standard takes, maybe I'll get my t shirt by next year? I can't decide whether it's the warehouse who are useless and just don't bother dispatching, or the website and sales team for not bothering to make things clear as shouldn't be advertised as next day. Or perhaps the owners who may not hire enough staff to deal with the amount of orders? If it isn't here tomorrow I'll just spend the day on every review website. They need to change their website to state they don't offer express as nothing is express with this company... I expect when I pay more to be express, and they clearly have real issues in the warehouse dispatching items. Express items should be a priority as people pay MORE to get it sooner, but clearly they are utterly useless and don't understand why this company has good reviews when it clearly can't deal with express orders. Basically with any other company this would be standard delivery times. If people want to buy from them as gifts or need quickly for birthdays etc then it's IMPOSSIBLE to get it fast. Perhaps I am just used to the exceptional service offered by other brands such as Nike, Adidas etc? Utterly flawless, pay for express with them and I literally get it next day, rarely in my life had issues and when I have, can usually call up. Lets not even begin to mention how awesome amazon and amazon delivery can be, just the best. Clearly gymshark is not in the same league. I dont mind if a company is incompetent but when you pay for something which is SO SLOW, it gets frustrating..... and may as well talk to myself as they literally have NO phone number. I have autism and I like to talk to people... I dont like emailing companies and the fact your company make this so SO difficult for people like myself with autism just to try and get hold of your team, and to try get my product which I paid for is an utter disgrace. I dont know why I even bothered ordering from you! Can you please buy a telephone number so people can actually talk to a human, is it that hard??? This company is NOT easy to contact and that's another reason why they don't deserve anything more than 1 star. Not autism friendly, not easy to access, no phone number, no humans to talk to, a terribly bad bot and shambles when it comes to dispatching and making it hassle free. They basically sit on your order in the warehouse and dispatch it ages and ages later.... and then call that express. Beyond a joke!!! Need to list all delivery options as Snail Mail, slow.

Ordering nightmare. After ordering some t-shirts I very quickly realised that my delivery address was wrong. I immediately pressed the ‘Cancel Order’ button, well within the 15 minute time scale but nothing happened. I then very quickly emailed the company to point this out and was informed that they could not do anything to stop or change the order. This was minutes after the order!!!! I emailed again saying that I did not have access or any contact with address and could they cancel the order. I was asked to reject the delivery and when it was returned they would refund my money. That would also be impossible as I don’t live anywhere near that address. I was then advised to contact the delivery company and try to redirect the goods. On checking the delivery company website, it clearly states that any redirection has to come from the supplier and NOT the customer. The customer service rep insisted that they can not do anything to either cancel the order or change the delivery address. How about a phone call or hitting a few computer keys 🤯🤯 I am not sure if I will get my money back but I am sure I won’t be using this company again. I initially found this company through a UK Veterans email. One to avoid shipmates.

So expensive for the quality. Bought two pairs of leggings that have torn in the space of a year. My size hasn't changed, the material just can't seem to withstand movements like squatting. I would not recommend purchasing. Too spenny and low quality, not durable.

My daughter purchased a shirt for me as a gift, from the website. It was on sale. It was the wrong size, so she contacted them to "exchange" the shirt for a larger size. She was advised that the shirt could not be exchanged, because it was a "sale item." Now I am stuck with a expensive shirt that is still sitting in the shipping bag and unusable. BAD customer service!

The shipping process is horrible. My package had to go through to 2 different carriers. I’ve ordered this item 3 weeks ago about to be 4. Was out for delivery and then ends ups all the way to LA. It isn’t gymsharks fault on that part. But I still haven’t received my items smh. Never buying from here again after spending a good amount on their products.

I wish I could give a ZERO. Worst brand ever. I thought the leggings look cute so let's order some ! Oh my, they surely don't want my money. I've tried at least 10 times but because of a 'fraud' suspicion, it is impossible to order it. I've tried with different email adresses, different products, different way of writing my address, on different devices, with different wifi... They just don't want me to order. And customer service wasn't able to propose me an adequate solution... let's not even talk about the fact that I didn't know if I will get an answer because if you go through the chat with the bot, you don't have an email to notify you that your message has reach the customer service. Also, what is the point in having a chat if they take hours to answer and answer by mail ? Anyways, I personally wouldn't recommend the brand.

I ordered one pair of leggings and a shirt because of Black Friday. They said it would be a delay for ca 10 days. It’s been 38!!! And it hasn’t been shipped

I purchased a pairof Gymshark in July 2021 and literally today is my 3rd time wearing the leggings, i stood in a long mirror and saw threads loose in the crouch area and then realized there is a hole and about to be another hole, I get they are cheap but i thought they were cute, I will keep with the more expensiv e brand I buy, I can count on them to last for many years not a few wearings

I purchased some shorts for my son as a Christmas gift and they were on sale. After the holidays I found he needed a size larger and tried to do an exchange. System showed that larger size I wanted wasn't available, but I WAS able to order them. (Funny, not available for an exchange, but available as a new purchase at full price!!) I decided to go ahead and order since they were available and thought for sure that Gymshark would refund me the difference of over $13. I contacted them (only option is through chat) and they just gave some bologna about me purchasing at a time when there wasn't a sale and they couldn't provide a refund for the difference!!! An exchange should be even for the same shorts, different size!!! I'll never order from them again and would encourage others to steer away!! Thank you.

I received my items, however when I attempt to return (1) item the portal was slow and unresponsive. Made numerous attempts still unsuccessful. No phone, email or any customer service to support my return. The pinwheels just spins and it's definitely not my internet provider. It's almost as IF it's intentional ... "we don't have a record of the provided information, please try again"

Radial is terrible! The delivery crew dumps packages in unsafe locations take photos as “proof of delivery” and the company does nothing! The are rude and callus. See photo of item delivered To a random window sill in my building and was then stolen

This company has taught me an expensive lesson; never do business with a company that has no; 1. Phone Number 2. Direct e-mail address 3. Live Chat By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased an order on November 30, 2021. My order was shipped and delivered by a carrier I have never heard of ( Axlehire or Radial) however, I did not receive my package. It was either delivered to the wrong address or never delivered at all, however, I can not reach "GymShark" It is now December 25, 2021, and their website is still talking about delays due to "Black Friday" ....Really...What a joke. I will NEVER order from this company again and if you don't mind giving away your hard-earned money, I suggest you think twice. I filled a claim with my credit card company but it will take some time. GymShark you should be ashamed of yourself! With the business I'm sure your getting, you should know by now; customer service can make or break you. I'm just one person, however, had I done my due diligence first I wouldn't be on the list of unsatisfied customers.

This is the absolute worse customer service I have had to deal with. I placed an order on November 12, and on November 14, I received an email stating my order was “the the way” and have yet to receive it. Trying to contact this company for information is ridiculous. They do not reply back for a week. When they did reply back, they said my order had been lost. A replacement will be sent. Another week goes by and nothing. When I emailed again to ask what the status of my order was, they stated 2 items items were out of stock. Due to their “Black Friday sales” they said we will send you what we have in at stock and send you a gift card to cover the other 2 items. Okay. Great. Well, it’s now Christmas Eve, and no items. They did however send me an E gift card in the amount of $26.56??? What? I spent $40 on those 2 Bold stringer tanks. Before taxes. A total of $95.62. I am beyond frustrated. At least send the correct amount I spent. I will NEVER order from this company again. They need to revamp their customer service department.

Absolutely terrible service. I would definitely never buy from here again. I placed on order on the 5th, it still hasn't arrived, with no updates at all from them. Trying to talk to someone is like pulling teeth. The wait time for their customer service team is 1 week. Absolutely disgraceful customer care.
