They sent a cancelled item blaming Black Friday
When I returned both they only refunded after I emailed asking for my money . Then they only refunded for 1 item in the package .
No response to requests no response to emails.
I see this is common practise .
Don’t buy from them if it’s wrong you will never get money back . I am still waiting for £40 which in current cost of living is not helpful I don’t expect to get this back now because I have no response
