Be very very careful when returning. I returned 3 items I know for a fact were in the parcel - something which can be proven by its weight - and after numerous complaints I received a message to say “the warehouse staff refunded all items returned so this case is closed” they claimed they received just two items. So someone is lying. Absolutely despicable from a company of this size.
BE VERY VERY CAREFUL! If you order, make sure you want it all because their staff cannot be trusted!
